Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets within the Central Region.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's distribution network.
- Enhance product visibility and shelf presence at retail outlets through effective merchandising and relationship management.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics to track progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional promotional campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation, with a willingness to travel within Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
