Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell tissue and salt products to customers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on product features and benefits.
- Ensure proper inventory management and order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Sidoarjo area.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations within the territory.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and order management.
