We're seeking a motivated professional to drive our B2B growth by identifying, selling, and cultivating relationships with key partners including clinics, salons, and distributors. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients (clinics, salons, distributors)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Present Zelcos Laboratory's skincare solutions tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for partner staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Background in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred
- Proven track record in relationship building
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-oriented with self-motivation
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in MS Office applications
