- Execute in-store promotions and product demonstrations at designated retail locations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and end-users
- Implement daily sales activities according to established regional plans
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail promotion (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid SIM C and willingness to travel across Semarang area
- Basic understanding of consumer goods market dynamics
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
