Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new trade customers in the designated area.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per account.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and distribution compliance.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide proactive solutions to address market challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and market trends to effectively represent the brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School degree (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in General Trade sales or the retail consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and reporting tools (Microsoft Office/Excel).
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for field operations.
