Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the Surabaya area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the management.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
