Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in distribution or retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Surabaya market area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily operational travel.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset.
