Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record customer orders in our system with attention to detail
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries about available products
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Update customer information and order history in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales manager
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and order management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Resident of Bekasi or willing to work in Bekasi Barat area
