Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately record customer orders in our system with attention to detail
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries about available products
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Update customer information and order history in the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
  • Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales manager

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and order management systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
