In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships with our retail partners.
As a Sales Representative, you will utilize your sales expertise to execute company strategies, ensure optimal product availability, and implement professional call procedures to exceed sales targets. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving results in a dynamic retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned product categories in the Tangerang area.
- Manage and expand the distribution network to ensure maximum product availability in all outlets.
- Develop and nurture strong, professional relationships with outlet owners and key stakeholders.
- Execute 'Basic Call Procedures' effectively to ensure consistency in sales visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to management.
- Maintain high levels of service standards and ensure brand presence is optimized at the point of sale.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and reports according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Field Sales in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and sales cycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willing to be assigned and travel throughout the Tangerang area.
