Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective product presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
