Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales leads within the Tawau region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insightful market feedback to management to help refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for local travel.
- Fluency in Malay and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
