Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for tea products in Gatak and surrounding areas
- Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners, cafes, and local distributors
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising
- Analyze sales performance data and identify growth opportunities in assigned region
- Coordinate promotional activities with marketing team to drive product awareness
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train retail staff on product features and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Strong understanding of Jawa Tengah retail landscape and distribution channels
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close sales
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Ability to work independently while achieving monthly sales targets
- Basic familiarity with tea products and consumer preferences
