Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales or B2B selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines
- Technical aptitude with willingness to learn product specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits in Sibolga region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
