Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and identifying key decision-makers.
- Clearly articulate our digital marketing and SEO service offerings to solve client pain points.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and activity KPIs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing contracts.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions within our CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and refine lead generation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, specifically targeting the US market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly SEO and lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Residency in or near Angeles City, Pampanga.
