Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Western Indonesia region
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive activities
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to potential partners
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in consumer goods or retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of retail contacts in Lampung and Western Indonesia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid SIM C with reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
