Tanggung Jawab
- Drive motorcycle sales by promoting Yamaha products to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to highlight features
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales
- Collaborate with service team to ensure post-sale customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Report sales activities and market insights to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience (automotive/motorcycle background advantageous)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
