Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative dedicated to the Arjuna Channel. As a leading FMCG company, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively bridge the gap between our production and the end consumer through strategic wholesaler partnerships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring our diverse product portfolio remains available across key distribution points in the region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and execute sales strategies within the Arjuna channel to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Visit and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale distributors and partners to ensure loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels at wholesale points and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback on product performance and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of orders to wholesalers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market share.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, specifically within the FMCG wholesaler channel.
  • Deep understanding of the Arjuna distribution channel and local market dynamics in West Java.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust with partners.
  • Strong driving skills and valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills (Excel, etc.) is a plus.
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure.
