Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients to ensure product availability.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the company's distribution network in Polewali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Execute trade marketing programs and ensure brand visibility at point-of-sale.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales techniques and market penetration strategies.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM C).
- Own a personal motorcycle in good working condition.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within the Polewali area.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
