Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular scheduled visits to cosmetic retailers within assigned Jakarta territories
- Promote and demonstrate Winiu Cosmetics product lines to store owners and staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store merchandising
- Provide product training and marketing support to retail personnel
- Prepare detailed sales reports and territory performance analyses
- Coordinate promotional activities with store management teams
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in cosmetics or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with retail relationship expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in sales reporting and territory management tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
