As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive airline services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including travel agencies, corporate accounts, and individual customers. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored travel solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. You will work closely with our reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell airline services to travel agencies, corporate accounts, and individual customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Malaysian market
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Provide expert advice on airline routes, fares, and travel packages
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional connections
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or aviation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
