Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to generate leads and increase market share.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our food products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are highly preferred for this role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
