Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-store selling, merchandising, and collection activities with local shops and large retail chains
- Execute promotional campaigns and product activations to maximize sales visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales management team
- Ensure optimal product display and availability in assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field operations
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English for client interactions
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and CRM systems
