Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily retail sales operations to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage product merchandising and in-store displays to ensure high visual appeal and accurate brand representation.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and restock inventory shelves, ensuring products are well-presented and available for purchase.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
