Tanggung Jawab
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right building materials for their residential or commercial projects.
- Sales Execution: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including plastics, piping, and other construction supplies.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Market Research: Conduct basic canvassing to identify new customer leads and understand market trends in the local area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every visitor.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma (SMA/Sederajat).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or the building materials industry.
- Transportation: Must own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to work full-time.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials is highly preferred.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales targets.
