We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary between Rp 3.800.000 – Rp 4.000.000. In addition to a stable income, we provide performance bonuses and BPJS (Social Security) coverage to ensure our employees are well taken care of. The working hours are structured at 6.5 hours per day, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Bali lifestyle outside of work.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the Vape Bar with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations regarding vaping products and accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store displays to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for the consumer electronics or vaping industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a consistent shift of 6.5 hours per day.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like stocking.
