PT Mowilex Indonesia, a leader in premium paint and coating solutions, is seeking a results-driven and energetic Sales Retail professional to join our team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving as a key partner to our retail network. Your primary mission will be to nurture long-term relationships with our store partners while proactively driving product sell-through and market expansion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing retail store owners and managers.
- Identify and prospect new retail outlets to expand the company’s distribution footprint in Jakarta Utara.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor stock levels, product display quality, and planogram compliance.
- Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sell-out and meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide product training and technical knowledge support to retail store staff to improve sales effectiveness.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback to the management team.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive in the retail, construction, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Utara area.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C or SIM A) and own a personal vehicle.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
