We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Tambun Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, visiting various retail outlets to maintain product availability and ensure our products are displayed effectively to attract customers. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with store owners and staff, monitoring stock levels, and executing sales strategies that drive our growth in the local market. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily visits to retail stores according to the assigned route plan.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Ensure products are well-displayed and comply with company merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and proactively suggest restock orders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and personnel.
- Report daily activities, sales performance, and market feedback to the sales supervisor.
- Manage product rotation to ensure optimal shelf life and minimize expired items.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in Sales, Merchandising, or Retail field is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discipline, self-motivation, and willingness to work with targets.
- Willing to be mobile and perform store visits in the Tambun Selatan area.
- Detail-oriented and physically fit for active field work.
