Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for cake raw materials, food raw materials, and FMCG food products in West Java
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client network in Cirebon and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and value-added service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics against targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product demonstrations
- Represent Jaya Fermex at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, cake raw materials, or FMCG food products
- Deep understanding of the West Java market, particularly Cirebon region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
