Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Sales Retail - QRIS Soundbox Specialist to join our expanding team in Serang, Banten. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital payment revolution, empowering local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) by introducing them to the efficiency of QRIS Soundbox technology.
You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of cashless transactions in the region. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable in the field, possess strong negotiation skills, and are dedicated to providing excellent service to our merchant partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach local UMKM merchants to promote and install QRIS Soundbox devices.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and educate merchants on the benefits of digital payment systems.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including registration and technical setup.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the regional management team.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure high utilization of the service.
- Report field activities, including market feedback and competitor insights, to the supervisor.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support to merchants regarding device functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or promotion is highly preferred.
- Possess a deep understanding of the local market and business landscape in Serang and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work mobile/field-based and target-driven.
- Own a smartphone and a valid driver's license (SIM C) with a personal vehicle.
