KT&G, a global leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a high-performing Sales Retail Supervisor to join our team in Meulaboh, Aceh. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the market presence of our flagship ESSE products.
As a Sales Retail Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate a high-energy team of sales representatives to maximize distribution and volume across the retail channel. You will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into local market success, ensuring that our products are not only available but are the top choice for retailers in your specific region. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, understands the local retail landscape, and is dedicated to achieving ambitious sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of retail sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the market penetration of ESSE product variants.
- Monitor retail channel performance and provide actionable insights to management based on field observations.
- Coordinate daily route planning and store visitation schedules to ensure maximum market coverage.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key retail partners and store owners within the Meulaboh territory.
- Analyze sales data and distribution metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Ensure all merchandising and promotional activities are executed according to KT&G brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales or field distribution, preferably within the FMCG or tobacco industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse field teams.
- Deep understanding of the local retail market dynamics in Aceh or similar regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license.
