Join Mowilex Indonesia as a Sales Retail professional and become a key driver in our consumer products division. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners across Surabaya while actively promoting our premium product portfolio. You'll develop strategic sales approaches to maximize product visibility, drive consumer demand, and achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store promotions and customer education. This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our retail presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned retail partners through regular store visits
- Execute sales strategies to boost product visibility and sales volume in target outlets
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional campaigns for retail staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts
- Prepare weekly sales reports and market performance analysis
- Identify new retail partnerships and expansion opportunities in Surabaya
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in retail sales experience
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Surabaya retail market and distribution channels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license (SIM C) for field mobility
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
