Your daily responsibilities include systematic store visits to monitor stock levels, verify plannogram compliance, manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and maintain pristine dispenser hygiene and product freshness standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic store visits along designated routes in Batang's Bandar zone
- Monitor and report stock levels to prevent out-of-shelf situations
- Enforce plannogram compliance and visual merchandising standards
- Manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) placement and effectiveness
- Maintain hygiene and freshness standards for dispensers and product displays
- Build strong relationships with retail outlet staff and managers
- Submit detailed performance reports and market insights
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (business/marketing degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or field operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to territory)
- Knowledge of FMCG retail operations is advantageous
