Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling activities to promote Astra Credit Companies products and services to potential customers in Buleleng.
- Ensure the quality of the mobile application usage among customers by providing guidance and support.
- Market multi-purpose products effectively to meet sales targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct detailed market surveys to identify new leads and assess customer needs.
- Collect, verify, and analyze customer data to enhance service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) education.
- Previous experience in direct selling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Energetic personality with a persuasive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the region for surveys and client meetings.
