As a Sales & Sales Support Executive, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, craft tailored sales proposals, and ensure administrative accuracy throughout the sales cycle. By combining proactive client engagement with precise administrative management, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth and enhancing customer retention.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete sales support lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and client requests.
- Draft, review, and issue professional sales quotations, proposals, and invoices in compliance with company standards.
- Serve as the key administrative point of contact for clients, providing swift and professional resolutions to inquiries.
- Maintain and optimize client records and transaction data within the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to guarantee seamless delivery of services.
- Support the active sales team by scheduling client meetings, preparing presentation decks, and identifying prospective leads.
- Analyze sales metrics and generate monthly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer support.
- Proficient in CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
