Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team to streamline daily operations and maximize revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage and update the CRM database, ensuring all lead information and client interactions are accurately recorded and followed up on.
  • Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and official business correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professional tone.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits, client meetings, and project presentations for the Sales Executives.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for initial client inquiries, providing basic project information and qualifying potential leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Liaise with the design and production departments to gather necessary technical information for custom client proposals.
  • Maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system for all sales-related documentation and legal agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the real estate, architecture, or luxury hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suitable for interacting with high-end international clients.
