Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the company's client base within the consumer goods sector.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts and distributors.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales within the Consumer Goods or Trading industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of supervising and coaching sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
- Deep knowledge of the Jakarta market and general trade distribution networks.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle complex business negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
