You'll serve as the critical link between clients and technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution from initial inquiry to final delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical bids for valve projects
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-installation service solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct site assessments, system diagnostics, and maintenance planning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and value-added service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for efficient project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, service engineering, or project coordination
- Proven expertise in valve systems, industrial automation, or related technical domains
- Strong proficiency in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and cost estimates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret technical schematics
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management software
