Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by promoting SMC's automation products through technical consultations and solution proposals
- Conduct on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and calibration for industrial clients
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system design, CAD drawings, and ROI analysis
- Deliver responsive after-sales service including troubleshooting, maintenance, and client training
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with sales strategies
- Maintain comprehensive client documentation and service records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, service engineering, or industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electric actuators, and control systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout Johor region
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently in field environments
