Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gold products with expert guidance
- Actively promote gold merchandise and special offers to drive sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate product knowledge including gold purity, pricing, and care instructions
- Manage daily sales transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic performance
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Strong presentation abilities with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
