Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Personal Financing, Credit Cards, and Insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional product consultation to shoppers at AEON Big.
- Process loan applications and credit card submissions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest financial offers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in any field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
- Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad).
