Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with daily banking transactions, account inquiries, and resolving service issues efficiently.
- Actively acquire new customers and cross-sell a variety of financial products, including savings accounts, credit cards, and loans, to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the banking system.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct product presentations and financial literacy sessions to educate clients on the bank's offerings.
- Collaborate with branch management to identify areas for service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism, aiming for a positive resolution every time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking operations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
