Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver excellent front-line service to customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products (cross-selling) to support business growth.
- Perform daily operational and transactional duties accurately and in compliance with banking regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bank products, services, and current promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily reports on sales performance and service quality metrics.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrate high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
