Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, service activations, and billing concerns with a professional attitude.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for mobile plans, hardware, and value-added services.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for handsets and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Keep updated on the latest Globe promotions, mobile devices, and digital service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least 2 years in college or a completed Vocational/Short course.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and resolve issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales KPIs.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and common mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
