Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their renovation or construction needs.
- Provide expert advice on product specifications, durability, and design aesthetics of our tile and surface range.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product catalog and industry trends.
- Execute sales transactions and manage customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Follow up on leads and cultivate relationships with architects, contractors, and designers.
- Ensure the showroom display is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or interior design consulting.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Highly organized with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (POS, Microsoft Office).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by the showroom schedule.
