Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide expert product consultations and styling advice to customers visiting the showroom.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct proactive customer follow-ups via phone, email, or messaging platforms to ensure lead conversion.
- Maintain showroom display standards to ensure an inviting and premium shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with high professional integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest furniture trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or luxury lifestyle products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software or basic sales reporting tools.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor suitable for a luxury showroom environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent command of Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant plus.
