As our Sales Showroom representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert product consultations to clients, managing showroom operations, and driving sales growth in the local market. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors, providing professional guidance on our diverse product catalog.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and quality of Onmuse products to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, including order processing, invoicing, and coordination with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with walk-in customers and potential business partners.
- Monitor showroom inventory levels and report stock requirements to the management team.
- Generate regular sales reports and feedback analysis to assist in local market strategy development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, showroom management, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work in a full-time capacity with a flexible retail schedule.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is considered a distinct advantage.
