Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, integrators, and partners in the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough discovery and needs analysis to design tailored networking solutions that meet client objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with accurate technical content.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to partners, ensuring successful solution deployment and adoption.
- Track industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain thought leadership and inform solution strategy.
- Help define and refine internal sales processes and technical documentation for efficiency and scalability.
- Manage post-sales technical escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical sales role, ideally in networking or IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, cloud networking).
- Proven track record in driving technical sales cycles and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
