- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the poultry and food distribution sectors
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic market penetration
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client data

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the poultry or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of the Cagayan de Oro regional market
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
