As a Sales Specialist, you will manage end-to-end sales support processes, from initial client inquiries and order tracking to post-sales follow-ups. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing timely, accurate support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor client orders from procurement to delivery to guarantee on-time satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and account updates for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs and feedback.
  • Maintain an organized CRM database with up-to-date client information and transaction history.
  • Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation and long-term partnerships.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and company goals.
