Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team and external dealers to ensure seamless communication.
- Process and manage incoming client requests, inquiries, and orders with high accuracy.
- Provide prompt resolution to client concerns and unexpected operational challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that sales targets and service levels are met.
- Monitor sales documentation and ensure all records are updated in the company system.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the timely delivery of products or services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while navigating high-pressure situations or tight deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time in a professional office environment in BGC.
